针对冶金行业对油脂国产化的迫切需求,从冶金设备油脂使用现状入手,分析并提出油脂替代过程中应考虑的主要原则,结合武钢CSP工作辊用脂成功国产化的实际应用,论述冶金设备油脂国产化的可行性和良好经济效益。
Aiming at the urgent need of metallurgy industry for the localization of grease, this paper analyzes and proposes the main principles that should be considered in the process of grease replacement. Based on the practical application of grease made by CSP work roll in WISCO, Localization of the feasibility and good economic benefits.
