运用组织转化的理论与方法,对白三叶在不同刈割频度和留茬高度下的叶粗生长率、枯死率、净生产率进行了较为系统的研究。结果表明,白三叶叶组织粗生长率以L区(42天×10.0cm)和H区(28天×10.0cm)最高,分别为18.19kg/ha·d和15.93kg/ha·d;枯死率也以L区最高,为9.91kg/ha·d;而净生产率则以B区(14天×5.0cm)处理最高,为11.01kg/ha·d。
By using the theory and method of tissue transformation, the leaf rough growth rate, the mortality and net productivity of white clover at different cutting frequency and stubble height were systematically studied. The results showed that the gross growth rate of white clover leaf tissue was the highest in the L area (42 days × 10.0 cm) and the H area (28 days × 10.0 cm), which were 18.19 kg / ha · d and 15.93 kg / ha The mortality rate was also the highest in the L zone (9.91 kg ha -1 d), while the net production rate was the highest in the B zone (14 days × 5.0 cm) at 11.01 kg ha -1.
