自2008年北京奥运会成功举办以来,全民健身意识不断提升,更多的人开始关注体育锻炼。游泳作为体育运动项目之一,在我国的普及程度比较高,且受到广大人民群众的普遍喜爱。但是研究发现,开始此项运动时,绝大多数学生存在强烈的恐惧心理,这种消极心理对游泳训练质量有直接的影响。所以,针对游泳训练过程中导致学生恐惧心理产生的因素进行了简单分析,结合实践和游泳运动项目的特点,阐述了几点有关消除和缓解恐惧心理的有效对策。希望通过探讨研究,能够提升游泳训练质量,提升游泳运动员的技能水平。
Since the successful hosting of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the awareness of nationwide fitness has been on the rise and more people are paying attention to physical exercise. Swimming, as one of the sports items, has a relatively high level of popularity in our country and is universally loved by the general public. However, the study found that the beginning of this sport, the vast majority of students there is a strong fear of psychology, negative psychology on the quality of swimming training has a direct impact. Therefore, a brief analysis is made of the factors that lead to the students’ fear in the course of swimming training. Based on the characteristics of practice and swimming sports, some effective countermeasures to eliminate and alleviate the fear are expounded. Hope that through the study, can improve the quality of swimming training and improve the skill level of swimmers.
