许多因素影响着渗碳-淬火齿轮的冶金性能和机械性能。这些因素是: 1.基体合金的化学成分; 2.横截面尺寸; 3.原始材料的晶粒度; 4.轮齿心部及表层的显微组织; 5.热处理; 6.齿轮的几何形状。虽然上述所有因素彼此是相互联系的,但是每一种因素都各自影响着成品齿轮的冶金性能及机械性能。
Many factors influence the metallurgical and mechanical properties of carburized-quenched gears. These factors are: 1. The chemical composition of the base alloy; 2. The cross-sectional dimension; 3. The grain size of the starting material; 4. The microstructure of the tooth center and the surface layer; 5. The heat treatment; 6. The geometry of the gear . Although all the above factors are interlinked with each other, each of these factors affects the metallurgical and mechanical properties of the finished gear.
