把克隆的鼠疫菌9.5kb质粒转移到了不同血清型的假结核菌钙依赖株中。挑选出外源基因表达良好的转化子在小鼠模型上对其毒力特征进行系列测定,结果揭示,9.5kb质粒对假结核菌在动物体内的增殖有明显影响,而且使皮下途径接种时的LD50升高大约50倍,但动物的病理变化仍基本保持在亲本株的水平。本文将报告有关结果,并提供可能的解释。
The cloned Yersinia pestis 9.5kb plasmid was transferred to different serotypes of the pseudotuberculosis calcium-dependent strains. A series of transformants with good foreign gene expression were selected and sequenced in the mouse model. The results showed that the 9.5kb plasmid had a significant effect on the proliferation of pseudotuberculosis in animals, and the subcutaneous route of inoculation LD50 increased about 50 times, but the pathological changes in animals remained at the level of the parent strain. This article will report the results and provide possible explanations.
