The biological bioelectricity research has experienced a long historical period. The application of the cathode ray tube in the early twentieth century has greatly improved the bioelectricity record, which marks that the electrophysiological research has entered a new phase. However, this method is limited to oscilloscope observation and analysis of bioelectricity, there are still many shortcomings, such as the storage of the signal is more complex, the signal measurement is not accurate enough and so on. With the development of electronic technology, microcomputer is gradually applied to electrophysiological research field, the wide application of microcomputer, to overcome the oscilloscope records
