武钢现有均热炉生产指标落后,成为初轧机以及从炼钢到成品轧机发挥能力的“卡脖子”问题。新建更多的均热炉,不仅不合算,而且也不现实。但在新型换热器解决漏风问题的情况下,改革极端原始的燃烧系统,可将现有均热炉的潜力充分发挥出来。只要将均热炉的产量指标提高到国内外早已达到的中等水平,便可大大解放初轧机的生产能力,通开炼钢—轧钢的咽喉。
WISCO lags behind the existing production targets for soaking furnaces and has become a “karmic” issue for early rolling mills and for their ability to work from the steelmaking to the finished mills. Creating more new soaking stoves is not only uneconomic, but also impractical. However, with the new heat exchangers to solve the problem of air leakage, reforming the extremely primitive combustion system can give full play to the potential of the existing soaking furnace. As long as the production index of the soaking furnace is raised to the middle level already reached at home and abroad, the production capacity of the early rolling mill can be greatly liberated and the throat of the steel-rolling mill can be opened.
