创新思政课教学模式,激发高职学生对思政课的兴趣,提高思政课的吸引力和说服力。湖南都市职业学院思政教研团队以建构主义学习理论为基础,适应当代建构主义教学观的要求,探索“学生助讲”模式的教学改革,重新设计教学方案,制定具体程序和考核措施。通过课堂实践和对比研究,在提高课堂实效、师生合作学习、学生能力培养等方面取得成效。
Innovate the teaching mode of ideological and political education, arouse the interest of higher vocational students in ideological and political education and improve the attraction and persuasion of ideological and political education. Based on the constructivism learning theory, the team of ideology, education and research of Hunan Metropolitan Vocational College adapts to the requirements of contemporary constructivist teaching concept, probes into the teaching reform of “student help mode”, redesigns teaching plans and formulates specific procedures and assessment measures. Through the practice of the classroom and comparative study, it has made great achievements in improving classroom effectiveness, cooperative learning between teachers and students and students’ ability cultivation.
