根据美国贸易代表办公室的最新报告,中国去年已经成为美国产品在全球的第五大出口市场,美国去年对华出口了347亿美元的商品,比上年增长22.4％。美国公司股东去年对中国作为世贸组织成员的表现的满意率明显好于前两年。报告对中国知识产权、服务贸易、农业和产业政策四大方面也提出了关切。特别是在知识产权方面,美方承认中国在有关法律规章的框架方面取得明显进步,但在有效执法方面仍面临挑战。
According to the latest report of the U.S. Trade Representative Office, China has become the fifth largest export market for U.S. products in the world last year. The U.S. exported 34.7 billion U.S. dollars to China last year, an increase of 22.4% over the previous year. Satisfaction rates of U.S. shareholders with China’s performance as a WTO member last year were significantly better than those of the previous two years. The report also raised concerns about the four major aspects of China’s intellectual property, service trade, agriculture and industrial policies. With regard to intellectual property, in particular, the United States acknowledged that China has made significant progress in the framework of relevant laws and regulations, but still faces challenges in effectively enforcing the law.
