对两种铸铁缸盖材料微观组织、布氏硬度、拉伸性能及热物理性能进行了系统研究,探索了两种铸铁缸盖材料性能差距大的原因。结果表明,化学成分不同,组织存在较大差异。Sn含量的降低,使得组织中存在E型石墨,基体珠光体以索氏体为主,碳化物含量达到3%~4%,此时材料具有较高的硬度和抗拉强度,但其导热性能和热扩散性能受到影响。
The microstructure, Brinell hardness, tensile properties and thermophysical properties of two kinds of cast iron cylinder head materials were systematically studied, and the reasons for the large gap between the two kinds of cast iron cylinder head materials were explored. The results show that the chemical composition of different organizations there is a big difference. The decrease of Sn content leads to the presence of E-type graphite in the microstructure. The main body of the pearlite is sorbite and the content of carbides reaches 3% -4%.
