探讨凝集素PNA(花生)、UEA1(荆豆)、DBA(双花扁豆)和SBA(大豆)表达与卵巢囊腺瘤、癌变及临床转移的关系。结果显示PNA、UEA1在浆液性交界性囊腺瘤及囊腺癌中表达率明显高于在囊腺瘤中的表达(P<0.05);DBA、SBA在交界性囊腺瘤增高显著(P<0.01),但两者在浆液性囊腺癌中表达又显著下降(P<0.01);PNA在浆液性囊腺癌有盆腹腔转移组中表达率明显高于无转移组(P<0.01),而DBA随着浆、粘液性囊腺癌的转移,表达率降低(P<0.01)。PNA、UEA1、DBA和SBA在粘液性囊腺瘤,交界性粘液性囊腺瘤和粘液性囊腺癌中的表达率之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。提示凝集素PNA、UEA1、DBA和SBA表达检测在作为一种辅助卵巢囊腺癌诊断及预后判断方面有一定价值。
To investigate the relationship between the expression of lectin PNA (peanut), UEA1 (diterpenoid bean), DBA (double flower lentils) and SBA (soybean) and ovarian cystadenoma, carcinogenesis and clinical metastasis. The results showed that the expression rates of PNA and UEA1 in serous borderline cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in cystadenoma (P <0.05); DBA and SBA were significantly increased in borderline cystadenoma P <0.01), but both of them were significantly decreased in serous cystadenocarcinoma (P <0.01). The expression of PNA in serous cystadenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in non-metastasis group (P <0.01), while the expression of DBA decreased with the metastasis of pulp and mucinous cystadenocarcinoma (P <0.01). PNA, UEA1, DBA and SBA in mucinous cystadenoma, borderline mucinous cystadenoma and mucinous cystadenocarcinoma showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). These results suggest that the expression of lectin PNA, UEA1, DBA and SBA may be of value in the diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma.
