小组合作学习是一种在教学中被广泛使用的主体性教学组织形式,是一种富有创意和实效的教学理论与策略体系。然而,在具体的教学实践中,小组合作学习存在着缺少预设、教师调控不当、时机不佳、话题缺乏操作性、评价方式单一等问题。针对问题,提出有效的教学策略,即准备必要的知识信息,明确教师角色,讨论话题选用要合适,评价手段要有效,以期改进教学。
Group cooperative learning is a form of subjective teaching organization that is widely used in teaching. It is a creative and effective teaching theory and tactics system. However, in the specific teaching practice, there are some problems such as the lack of preconceived, inappropriate regulation and control of teachers, poor timing, lack of operability of the topic and single assessment method in the group cooperative learning. In response to the problem, put forward effective teaching strategies, that is, to prepare the necessary knowledge and information, to clarify the role of teachers, to discuss the topic selection should be appropriate, evaluation tools should be effective in order to improve teaching.
