选用16~20mm、20~25mm、25~30mm三种粗骨料级配,分别以普通硅酸盐水泥、低碱硫铝酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥-秸秆粉三种胶凝材料制备了生态混凝土。对其力学、物理性能及内部孔隙碱环境进行研究,并探究了不同种植模式下,各胶凝体系生态混凝土的可植性。结果表明,生态混凝土的抗压强度随粗骨料粒径的增大而降低;粗骨料粒径为16~20mm时,生态混凝土28d抗压强度可达5.39MPa,孔隙率大于30%;低碱硫铝酸盐水泥制备的生态混凝土内部孔隙环境呈中性,可植生性表现优异;将秸秆粉作为掺合料加入硅酸盐水泥中,制备的生态混凝土有一定吸附中和碱物质的作用,使混凝土孔隙环境能基本满足植株的生长。
Three kinds of coarse aggregate gradation of 16 ~ 20mm, 20 ~ 25mm, 25 ~ 30mm were selected and prepared with three kinds of cementitious materials, ordinary portland cement, low alkali sulphoaluminate cement and ordinary Portland cement-straw powder Ecological concrete. The results show that the compressive strength of ecological concrete decreases with the increase of the particle size of coarse aggregate. When the coarse aggregate size is 16 ~ 20mm, the compressive strength of ecological concrete reaches 5.39MPa at 28d and the porosity is more than 30% The pore environment of the ecological concrete prepared by alkali sulphoaluminate cement is neutral and its plantation performance is excellent. Adding straw powder as the admixture to Portland cement, the prepared ecological concrete has the effect of neutralizing alkaline substances , So that the concrete pore environment can basically meet the growth of plants.
