党的十八大把“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务,中职德育大纲更彰显了“以人为本、德育为先、能力为重、全面发展”的指导思想。新时期,中等职业学校德育工作面临着极大的挑战,那就是如何为社会培养优秀的技能人才。下面结合我校几年来的探索和实践谈谈中职德育模式创新。一、中职德育现状及分析近年来,我国职业教育快速发展,实现了规模扩张,但是,内涵发展方面仍比较薄弱。那么,中职学校处于一种什么状态呢?下面我结合我校实际从以下三个层面说明。

In the new era, the moral education in secondary vocational schools is facing a great challenge, that is, how to train outstanding talents for the society. The following combination of my school to explore and practice over the past few years to talk about secondary vocational moral education model innovation. First, the status quo and analysis of secondary vocational education In recent years, the rapid development of vocational education in our country, to achieve the scale of expansion, but the connotation of development is still relatively weak.
