[目的]比较云南省文山州辣椒主栽品种抗旱性的差异。[方法]用分光光度法研究了云南文山州辣椒主栽品种ZSZ75-1、ZSZ49-1-1、12WS-18-1、12ZH01和ZS130叶片在PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫下总花色苷、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量,并用隶属函数法评价了各品种叶片的综合渗透调节能力。[结果]在PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫下,5个辣椒品种叶脉、叶肉和叶片的总花色苷含量均为:ZSZ75-1>ZSZ49-1-1>12WS-18-1>12ZH01>ZS130,可溶性糖含量为:12ZH01>12WS-18-1>ZS130>ZSZ49-1-1>ZSZ75-1,可溶性蛋白质含量为:ZSZ75-1>12ZH01>ZSZ49-1-1>12WS-18-1>ZS130,游离脯氨酸含量为:ZS130>ZSZ75-1>12WS-18-1>ZSZ49-1-1>12ZH01;此外,5个品种叶脉、叶肉和整个叶片总花色苷含量间的差异均达到极显著水平,而叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量间的差异均未达到显著水平,不同品种叶片总花色苷、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量间的相关程度不一致,5个品种叶片的综合渗透调节能力为:ZSZ75-1>ZSZ49-1-1>12WS-18-1>ZS130>12ZH01。[结论]文山州5个辣椒品种特定器官中花色苷的积累利于其叶片在干旱胁迫下渗透调节能力的强化,从而利于其耐旱。
[Objective] The aim was to compare the drought resistance differences of main cultivars of pepper in Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan Province. [Method] The contents of total anthocyanins, soluble sugars and soluble sugar in leaves of ZSZ75-1, ZSZ49-1-1, 12WS-18-1, 12ZH01 and ZS130 under the drought stress of PEG-6000 were studied by spectrophotometry. , Soluble protein content and free proline content. The membership function method was used to evaluate the comprehensive osmotic adjustment ability of all varieties. [Result] Under the drought stress of PEG-6000, the total anthocyanin content in leaves, mesophyll and leaves of five pepper cultivars were: ZSZ75-1> ZSZ49-1-1> 12WS-18-1> 12ZH01> ZS130, The content of soluble protein was: ZSZ75-1> 12ZH01> ZSZ49-1-1> 12WS-18-1> ZS130, the content of free sugars was 12ZH01> 12WS-18-1> ZS130> ZSZ49-1-1> ZSZ75-1, In addition, the content of proline in the five cultivars was significantly higher than that of ZS130> ZSZ75-1> 12WS-18-1> ZSZ49-1-1> 12ZH01. However, the differences of soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline between the two cultivars did not reach significant level. The correlations among total anthocyanin, soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline in different varieties were inconsistent, The comprehensive osmotic adjustment capacity is: ZSZ75-1> ZSZ49-1-1> 12WS-18-1> ZS130> 12ZH01. [Conclusion] The accumulation of anthocyanins in specific organs of 5 pepper cultivars in Wenshan prefers to enhance the ability of osmotic adjustment of its leaves under drought stress, which is beneficial to its drought tolerance.
