为了满足未来排放的要求和改善发动机的性能,高压共轨燃油喷射可望成为发动机电控发展的一个新方向。本文尝试根据共轨燃油喷射系统的结构特点,建立了数学模型。利用仿真分析了各参数对共轨管内燃油压力的影响。柴油机试验台架测试结果验证了仿真计算是合理有效的。
In order to meet the requirements of future emissions and improve the performance of the engine, high pressure common rail fuel injection is expected to become a new direction for the development of electric engine control. This paper attempts to establish a mathematical model based on the structural characteristics of common rail fuel injection system. The influence of each parameter on the pressure of fuel in common rail was analyzed by simulation. Diesel test bench test results verify the simulation is reasonable and effective.
