目的:探讨用HPLC法测定盐酸阿洛司琼原料的含量。方法:采用Hypersil CN柱,以0.01 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-四氢呋喃(75:25. pH=6.0)为流动相,检测波长为258 nm。结果:线性范围为12.224～764 μg/mL,r=0.999 9(n=7),精密度RSD为0.51％(n=5)。结 论:HPLC法简便、灵敏、稳定,可用于盐酸阿洛司琼的含量测定。
Objective: To investigate the HPLC method for the determination of alosetron hydrochloride. Methods: Hypersil CN column was used. The mobile phase was 0.01 mol / L ammonium acetate solution - tetrahydrofuran (75:25. PH = 6.0). The detection wavelength was 258 nm. Results: The linear range was 12.224-764 μg / mL, r = 0.999 9 (n = 7), and the precision RSD was 0.51% (n = 5). Conclusion: HPLC method is simple, sensitive and stable, and can be used for the determination of allosine hydrochloride.
