目的了解盘锦市职业病危害告知落实情况,进一步规范用人单位职业病危害告知与警示标识管理工作。方法抽取盘锦市48家企业作为调查对象,调查分析各个企业的警示标识、职业病危害告知卡、合同告知、职业卫生知识培训告知等落实情况。结果警示标识配备率为70.8%,公告栏中职业卫生管理制度和操作规程、职业病危害因素检测结果、职业健康检查结果配备率分别为72.9%、25.0%、47.9%,企业主要负责人、职业卫生管理人员、劳动者的职业卫生知识培训率45.8%、77.1%、60.4%。结论警示标识设置不规范,公告栏合格率、合同告知执行率较低,职业卫生培训缺乏针对性。应规范警示标识设置,合理设置公告栏公布内容,严格履行合同告知义务,针对职业病危害特点开展职业卫生培训。
Objective To understand the implementation of the notification of occupational diseases hazards in Panjin, and to further regulate the notification of occupational hazards and the management of warning labels by employers. Methods A total of 48 enterprises in Panjin City were selected as the survey subjects to investigate and analyze the implementation status of warning labels, occupational disease hazard notification cards, contract notification and occupational health knowledge training of all enterprises. Results warning signs equipped rate of 70.8%, bulletin board occupational health management system and operating procedures, occupational hazards and test results, occupational health examination results with the rate of 72.9%, 25.0%, 47.9%, the main business people, occupational health Managers, workers occupational health knowledge training rate of 45.8%, 77.1%, 60.4%. Conclusion The setting of warning signs is not standardized, the passing rate of bulletin boards, the low implementation rate of contract notification and the lack of pertinence of occupational health training. The warning signs should be standardized settings, the contents of a bulletin board set reasonable publication, strict compliance with the obligation to inform the contract, according to the characteristics of occupational hazards to carry out occupational health training.
