建立了底吹钢包中气液两相流的数学模型。这一模型可用于计算不同气体流量下,气液两相区内各截面处的平均速度和平均体积分率。数值计算表明,平均速度和平均体积分率都随高度的增大而减小,计算结果与有关实验结果相符。
The mathematic model of gas-liquid two-phase flow in bottom blowing ladle was established. This model can be used to calculate the average velocity and the average volume fraction of each cross section in a gas-liquid two-phase zone for different gas flows. Numerical calculation shows that the average velocity and average volume fraction decrease with the increase of height, and the calculated results are consistent with the experimental results.
