目的分析郑州大学第三附属医院儿外科人血白蛋白使用情况,评价使用合理性。方法抽取郑州大学第三附属医院儿外科2010年7月—12月所有使用人血白蛋白的病历,共计75份,对患者年龄,白蛋白使用原因、用量、天数,使用之前及之后血清中白蛋白浓度进行统计分析。结果 60.00%患者由于消化道术后低蛋白血症使用白蛋白,总用量在10～20g居多(占34.67%),52.00%患者使用之前血清白蛋白浓度在20～30g/L。结论郑州大学第三附属医院儿外科使用人血白蛋白存在适应症把握不严的情况,建议临床医师谨慎选择该药。
