真如客站新建站屋建筑面积为:房屋3161.31m~2,廊棚545.11m~2,步行广场2445m~2,候车室为1567m~2,集结人数原设计按1000人考虑。但该车站作为慢客始发站及上海新客站的姐妹站,并位于市区,建筑设计的装饰标准较一般同类型站屋略高,采用了茶色大玻璃窗,贴面及室内采用吸音板吊顶等做法。该站屋已于1985年12月末建成。一、供电真如车站为一等站,站屋照明属二级负荷,要求供电有一定可靠性。由于站屋候车室同时聚集1000人,考虑设疏散事故照明的需要,决定从附近新建的由两路电源供电的10kV车站变电站的两段低压母线上,分别馈出二回专线,供站屋照明用。在客运值班
