激光是近代重大科学进展之一,1959年Maiman使用结晶红宝石作为激发物质,首次发现了激光,在工业、农业、国防、科学技术和医学方面,已获得日益广泛的应用。医用激光最早用于眼科临床,1961年将红宝石脉冲激光应用于凝固视网膜脱离术取得成功,使医学界对激光的应用增强了信心和兴趣。近二十年来,先后问世的各种激光治疗装置,在医学研究和临床治疗方面,取得了较为显著的成绩。由于激光能精确定位,具有使手术野无血及完全无菌,减少组织反应(疼痛与水肿)和保存正常组织,切口愈合迅速,疤痕小等优点,因而几乎所有外科专业都试图应用,随着激光手术的广泛开展,激光技术与麻醉处理的关系已成为值得探讨的课题。
Laser was one of the major scientific developments in modern times. In 1959, Maiman used crystalline ruby as excitation material and first discovered the laser. It has been widely used in industry, agriculture, defense, science and technology and medicine. Medical laser was first used in clinical ophthalmology. The successful application of ruby pulsed laser to coagulation retinal detachment in 1961 enhanced the confidence and interest of the medical community in the application of laser. In the past 20 years, various laser treatment devices that have come out in succession have made remarkable achievements in medical research and clinical treatment. Almost all surgical professionals are trying to apply laser precisely because of its location, blood-tightness and complete aseptic surgery, reduction of tissue reactions (pain and edema) and preservation of normal tissues, rapid wound healing, and small scars The extensive development of laser surgery, the relationship between laser technology and anesthesia has become a topic worth exploring.
