提高硅灰石粉的长径比是对非金属矿硅灰石进行深加工、改善其附加值的主要技术。以湖北大冶地区的样品为例,探讨了硅灰石加工技术中的统计方法、粒级、长径比分布特点对平均长径比测定的影响。通过实验结果及其分析表明,由于统计方法的不同,同种硅灰石粉体偏光显微镜测定的平均长径比可以相差20%左右;硅灰石平均长径比与硅灰石粉体颗粒的粒级范围有关;把平均长径比的评定和长径比分布特点进行综合分析,更能反映硅灰石的粉碎效果。
Improving the aspect ratio of wollastonite powder is the main technology for deep processing of non-metallic wollastonite to improve its added value. Taking the sample in Daye area of Hubei Province as an example, the influence of statistical methods, grain size and aspect ratio distribution on the average aspect ratio of wollastonite processing technology was discussed. The experimental results and analysis show that due to the different statistical methods, the average aspect ratio of the same kind of wollastonite powder polarized light microscopy can be about 20% difference; the average aspect ratio of wollastonite and wollastonite powder particles Particle size range; the average aspect ratio of the assessment and characteristics of the length and diameter distribution of a comprehensive analysis to better reflect the wollastonite crushing effect.
