用共沉淀法制备了Au/Fe2 O3 催化剂 ,考察了焙烧温度及金含量对Au/Fe2 O3 催化剂上CO氧化反应的影响 .结果表明 ,焙烧温度及金含量对催化剂的稳定性均有较大影响 .金含量为 3% ,30 0℃焙烧制得的样品具有较好的稳定性和抗水性 ,在常温常湿条件下可连续反应 430h保持CO完全转化 ;催化剂的稳定性与单质金及α Fe2 O3 的粒径成反比 ,并与金及铁的化学状态有关 .金粒子聚集、氧化态金含量的减少及催化剂表面碳酸根物种的累积可能是导致催化剂活性衰减的主要原因
The coprecipitation method was used to prepare Au / Fe 2 O 3 catalyst. The effects of calcination temperature and gold content on the CO oxidation of Au / Fe 2 O 3 catalyst were investigated. The results show that the calcination temperature and gold content have a great influence on the stability of the catalyst .The samples with 3% gold content and 300 ℃ calcination have good stability and water resistance, and can be continuously transformed into CO for 430h under normal temperature and normal humidity condition, and the stability of the catalyst is in good agreement with that of the pure gold and αFe2 O3 is inversely proportional to the particle size and is related to the chemical state of gold and iron.The aggregation of gold particles, the reduction of the oxidation state gold content and the accumulation of carbonate species on the catalyst surface may be the main reason for the decay of the catalyst activity
