目的 探讨高分辨力CT扫描对额窦引流通道 (鼻额管、额窦窦口、筛漏斗、中鼻道等 )解剖结构的显示及其扫描技术。材料与方法 采用冠状倾斜薄层CT扫描法 ,对额窦、额窦引流通道诸结构及其病变进行观察分析。结果 5 0例被检查者的 5 0个额窦全部显示 ;10 0个窦口、鼻额管、筛漏斗及中鼻道结构 ,4个未显示 ,96个被显示 ,其中 70个窦口、鼻额管、筛漏斗及中鼻道的气道结构和骨结构均清晰可见 ,2 6个窦口、鼻额管、筛漏斗及中鼻道的气道结构消失但骨结构仍可见。结论 采用冠状倾斜薄层CT扫描法能良好显示窦口、鼻额管、筛漏斗及中鼻道等结构 ,额窦的引流通道长轴全程的显示为临床的治疗提供重要的依据。
Objective To investigate the anatomy of the frontal sinus drainage (nasal mucosa, frontal sinuses, sieve funnels, middle nasal passages, etc.) by high resolution CT scan and its scanning technique. Materials and Methods Coronal tilt thin-slice CT scanning method was used to observe and analyze the structures and lesions of the frontal sinus and frontal sinus drainage channels. Results Fifty maxillary sinus of 50 subjects under examination were all displayed. Ten sinus, nasal, funnel and middle nasal structures were observed. Four of them were not shown and 96 were shown. Among them, 70 sinus ostia, Nasal tube, sieve funnel and middle airway airway structure and bone structure are clearly visible, 26 sinus, nasal tube, sieve funnel and middle airway airway structure disappears, but the bone structure is still visible. Conclusion Coronal tilt thin-slice CT scan can well show the structures of ostia, nasal mucosa, sieve funnel and middle nasal passages. The long axis of the frontal drainage channel of the frontal sinus can provide an important basis for clinical treatment.
