采用电化学方法和阳极消耗率评价法研究了高硅铸铁阳极在方波脉冲电流作用下的电化学性能。结果表明,方波脉冲电流作用下,阳极表面状态的变化与直流作用时基本相同,钝化膜未被破坏。同等条件下阳极的消耗率比直流作用时的小。因此,在所研究的介质中高硅铸铁阳极可以用于方波脉冲电流阴极保护。
The electrochemical performance of high silicon cast iron anode under the action of square wave pulse current was studied by electrochemical method and anode consumption rate evaluation method. The results show that under the action of the square wave pulse current, the change of the anode surface state is basically the same as that of the direct current, and the passivation film is not damaged. Under the same conditions, the consumption rate of the anode is smaller than that of the direct current. Therefore, high-silicon cast iron anodes can be used for cathodic protection of square wave pulse current in the studied medium.
