近年来,医患关系紧张,医疗纠纷上升,已成为社会关注的热点。医疗投诉是患者及其家庭维护自身权益的具体表现,也是医院管理的一项重要工作。我院是一所大型综合性教学医院,开放床位770张,在编人员近1500人,其中卫技人员约900人。2005年我院门急诊接诊120万人次,住院诊治1.8万人次。我们在此对我院2005年度发生的919例
In recent years, the tension between doctors and patients and the rise of medical disputes have become hot spots of social concern. Medical complaints are patients and their families to protect their own rights and interests of the specific performance, but also hospital management is an important task. Our hospital is a large-scale comprehensive teaching hospital with 770 open beds and nearly 1,500 staffs, including about 900 technicians.
