鹅去氧胆酸 (CDCA)和牛磺酸鹅去氧胆酸 (TCDCA)是鸡胆汁的主要有效成份。本试验采用碱解、沉淀、萃取等简单的生物学技术从鸡胆汁中分离纯化了 CDCA,其纯度达 98.2 % ,采用盐析、萃取、脱水、硅胶分离等方法及工艺提取纯化了 TCDCA,其纯度达 97.8% ,然后对这两种有效成份分别进行了体外抗菌试验 ,结果表明两者对体外培养的革兰氏阴性菌——大肠杆菌均无抗菌作用 ,而对体外培养的革兰氏阳性菌——金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的抗菌作用 ,且在相同浓度下 TCDCA的抗菌作用显著强于 CDCA
Both chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) and taurochenodeoxycholic acid (TCDCA) are the main active ingredients in chicken bile. In this experiment, simple biological techniques such as alkaline hydrolysis, precipitation and extraction were used to separate and purify CDCA from chicken bile. The purity of the CDCA was 98.2%. TCDCA was extracted and purified by salting out, extraction, dehydration, silica gel separation and other methods and processes. The purity was 97.8%. In vitro antibacterial tests were performed on these two active ingredients. The results showed that both had no antibacterial effect on in vitro cultured gram-negative bacteria, E. coli, and were positive for in vitro cultured gram-positive bacteria. Bacteria - Staphylococcus aureus have obvious antibacterial effects, and the antibacterial effect of TCDCA is significantly stronger than that of CDCA at the same concentration
