在国家进行大胆、创新的改革过程中,弱势群体的数量会随着改革进程的加快而增加,不过,弱势群体产生的根本原因并不在于此。弱势群体这一概念的出现已经有三四十年,是每一个社会制度都必须经历的一种状况,尤其是当社会进入以竞争为主要特征的商业社会中之后,这种情况尤其突出。如今,我国不断完善法制建设,关注弱势群体并确定相应的法律条例对其合法权益进行保护。这对于维护社会稳定及保护社会公平正义都具有十分重要的意义。
During the bold and innovative reform process in the country, the number of disadvantaged groups will increase as the reform process accelerates. However, the root cause of the disadvantaged groups does not lie in this. The concept of vulnerable groups has been around for three or four decades. It is a condition that every social institution must go through. This is especially so when society enters a commercial society characterized by competition. Nowadays, our country constantly improves the legal system, pays attention to vulnerable groups and determines the corresponding laws and regulations to protect their legitimate rights and interests. This is of great significance to maintaining social stability and protecting social fairness and justice.
