苏东剧变是世界社会主义运动的一大挫折,也对澳大利亚的共产主义政党造成冲击。然而澳大利亚许多坚定的马克思主义者并没有被困难所吓倒。澳大利亚社会主义党(1996年改名为澳大利亚共产党)及时地对苏联剧变进行了全面而深刻的分析,既指出了20世纪社会主义国家取得的伟大成就,又指出了社会主义国家出现的失误及其原因,还对苏东剧变的因素和影响进行了剖析,认为苏东剧变并不表明社会主义的失败,社会主义代替资本主义的根本趋势并没有改变。今年正值苏东剧变20周年,澳大利亚共产党对苏东剧变的分析为我们提供了具有重要参考价值的一种新的视角。
The drastic changes in the Soviet Union and East Europe have been a major setback in the socialist movement in the world and also have an impact on the communist parties in Australia. Yet many of the firm Marxists in Australia have not been intimidated by the difficulties. The Socialist Party of Australia (renamed the Australian Communist Party in 1996) conducted a comprehensive and profound analysis of the Soviet Union’s drastic changes in a timely manner. It not only points out the great achievements made by the socialist countries in the 20th century, but also points out the mistakes and their causes in the socialist countries . They also analyzed the factors and effects of the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and the East and concluded that the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and the East do not show the failure of socialism and the fundamental trend of socialism in place of capitalism has not changed. This year coincides with the twentieth anniversary of the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and the East China Sea.
