上图为律师事务所平台应具备的特点:形象、管理、发展、传承、效率、宣传、沟通。笔者根据自己的经验,与大家分享前五个特点的具体内含。一、形象首先,律师事务所形象是指人们通过律师事务所的各种标识、办公环境而建立起来的对律师事务所的总体印象。律师事务所形象是律师事务所文化的一种外在表现形式,它是社会公众与律师事务所接触交往过程中所感受到的总体印象。其次,律师事务所形象建设应引入企业形象识别系统:CIS(Corporate Identity System,企业形象识别系统)分为三个方面,即企业的理念识别,行为识别和视觉识别。
