扬子石化热电厂#1~8锅炉普遍存在排烟温度高、飞灰含碳量大的问题,为了提高锅炉燃煤的适应性、一次风粉着火的稳定性、燃尽率和锅炉热效率,拟对乏气送粉中储式制粉系统进行掺热风改造,并以#5炉为对象进行了相关试验,试验结果表明:改造后锅炉热效率提升了0.4%左右,锅炉运行安全可靠,可为其它锅炉的制粉系统改造提供参考。
In order to improve the adaptability of coal-fired boilers, the stability and burn-out rate of a primary air-fuel mixture and the thermal efficiency of the boiler are prevalent in the temperature range of 1 ~ 8 in Yangzi Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant. Gas-free powder feeding medium-storage pulverizing system was used to modify the heated air, and the related experiments were carried out on the # 5 furnace. The experimental results showed that the thermal efficiency of the boiler was improved by about 0.4%, and the boiler operation was safe and reliable. Milling system to provide reference.
