研究初中教师共情能力特点。采用台湾学者吴静吉等根据Davis人际反应指数(IRI)量表修订而成的人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)对江山二中教师的共情能力状况进行调查。结果:初中教师共情能力总体上居中等偏上;初中女教师的幻想力水平、身心忧急水平及共情能力总体水平均非常显著地高于男教师,初中女教师的同情关怀水平显著高于男教师;班主任与非班主任、不同年级段的教师其观点取替水平、幻想力、同情关怀、身心忧急及共情能力总体水平均无显著差异;不同教龄段的教师在观点取替、幻想力、身心忧急及共情总体水平上均无显著差异,同情关怀水平随教龄增长而提高。建议师训部门要加强教师共情技术培训;加强新教师职前职后的共情能力培养;学校、家庭要重视中小学生共情能力的培养。
Research junior middle school teachers empathy ability characteristics. Using the IRI-C, an interpersonal reaction pointer scale based on the Davis Interpersonal Response Index (IRI) scale, a Taiwanese scholar Wu Jingji et al. Investigated the empathy ability of Jiangshan No.2 Middle School teachers. Results: The junior middle school teachers ’empathic ability was moderately middle. Female teachers’ imaginations, the level of physical and psychological anxiety and the general level of empathic ability were significantly higher than those of male teachers. The level of sympathy care of female teachers in junior high schools was significantly higher There was no significant difference in the level of teacher’s abilities, fantasy power, sympathetic care, physical and psychological anxiety and empathy between teachers and non-teachers and teachers in different grades. Teachers of different teaching-age groups changed their views, Fantasy, physical and mental anxiety and the overall level of empathy were not significantly different, the level of sympathy and care increased with the increase of teaching age. It is suggested that teachers’ training departments should strengthen teachers’ empathy training; strengthen new teachers’ empathy ability after pre-service; and schools and families should pay attention to the cultivation of empathy ability of primary and middle school students.
