传统的实验教学,是让学生在实验操作中掌握实验相关的实验目的、基本原理、方法与步骤,学会观察、总结实验现象。学生的实验能力不仅是要掌握这些基本技能,更重要的是能应用所学的知识、技能解决一些实际的问题。这就需要教师思考怎样有效提高学生的实验能力以适应高考中对学生“实验与探究能力”的考查。本文就本人在实验《观察植物细胞质壁分离和复原》教学中的几点做法做一个总结。
The traditional experimental teaching is to allow students to master experimental experiments related experimental purpose, basic principles, methods and steps, learn to observe, summarize the experimental phenomenon. Students’ ability to experiment is not only to master these basic skills, but more importantly, to apply the learned knowledge and skills to solve some practical problems. This requires teachers think how to effectively improve the experimental ability of students to adapt to the college entrance examination of students “experimental and inquiry ability ” test. This article summarizes some of my experiences in the experiment teaching “observation of plant cell wall separation and recovery”.
