目的了解上海长宁区低年级小学生智能移动设备的使用现状及特征,为正确引导小学生使用智能移动设备,促进小学生身心健康提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对上海长宁区2所小学1~2年级小学生进行问卷调查,收集智能移动设备使用情况。结果低年级小学生智能移动设备使用率为83.50%。设备类型以平板电脑和智能手机为主,使用场所以家中为主,平均使用年限为2.83年。周一至周五平均每天使用时间以1h以内为主,周六、周日以2h以内为主,休息间隔以不定时经常小休和1h休息1次为主。使用目的以玩游戏和查阅学习资料为主,不同性别学生使用目的存在差异(χ~2=22.323,P<0.001)。使用安排方式以与家长灵活协商或固定时间内使用为主,不同年级学生使用安排方式不同(χ~2=13.489,P=0.004)。智能移动设备成瘾倾向率为1.89%,男生高于女生(χ~2=7.672,P=0.006)。结论上海长宁区低年级小学生智能移动设备使用相当普遍,应引起家长和社会的重视。
Objective To understand the status quo and characteristics of low-grade primary school students’ mobile devices in Changning District, Shanghai, and to provide a basis for correctly guiding primary school students to use smart mobile devices and promoting their physical and mental health. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to survey primary school students in Grade 1 and Grade 2 in two primary schools in Changning District, Shanghai, and collected the usage of smart mobile devices. Results The utilization rate of low-grade pupils’ smart mobile devices was 83.50%. The main types of devices to the Tablet PC and smart phones, the use of home-based, with an average useful life of 2.83 years. The average daily usage time is within 1h from Monday to Friday, mainly within 2h on Saturdays and Sundays, and rest breaks often from time to time and once a day for rest breaks. The purpose of use to play games and access to learning materials mainly gender differences in the use of purpose there is a difference (χ ~ 2 = 22.323, P <0.001). The use of arrangements is flexible with parents or fixed-time use-based, different grades of students to use different arrangements (χ ~ 2 = 13.489, P = 0.004). The rate of addiction was 1.89% for smart mobile devices, and higher for girls than for girls (χ ~ 2 = 7.672, P = 0.006). Conclusion The use of smart mobile devices for elementary school children in Changning District of Shanghai is rather common and should be paid more attention by parents and the society.
