2010年10月22日至23日,由全国律协公司法专业委员会和安徽省律协公司法专业委员会共同举办的“投资者保护与公司治理论坛”在合肥召开。全国律协副会长蒋敏、全国律协副秘书长里红、安徽省司法厅副巡视员、安徽省律协秘书长潘法律、最高人民法院执行局副局长金剑锋、全国律协公司法专业委员会主任张庆、安徽省律协副会长朱世贾等领导出席本届论坛开幕式并讲话。
From October 22 to October 23, 2010, the “Forum on Investor Protection and Corporate Governance” co-sponsored by the Law Society Committee of the National Lawyers Association and the Law Committee of the Anhui Provincial Association for Corporate Law held in Hefei. Jiang Min, vice chairman of the National Bar Association, Li Hong, deputy secretary general of the National Bar Association, deputy inspector of the Anhui Provincial Department of Justice, Pan Law of Anhui Province Bar Association, Jin Jianfeng, deputy director of the Executive Yuan of the Supreme People’s Court, Zhang Qing, director of the committee, and Zhu Shijia, vice chairman of the Anhui Provincial Association of Lawyers, attended the opening ceremony of the forum and made speeches.
