本文对成批断裂的包箍件,通过化学成分、金相组织、机械性能、应力核算、断口形貌分析及不同工艺试样的断裂敏感性等多种试验,查明了包箍断裂是氢脆所致。为此提出了相应的去氢工艺措施,解决了显象管包箍断裂的质量问题。
