国家教育部于2001年提出要在高校积极推动双语教学以来,对双语教学的理解是仁者见仁,智者见智。尽管在2002年教育部在《普通高等学校本科教学水平评估方案(试行)》中,将双语教学的课程定义为用外语教材并用外语授课的课时占该课程课时50%以上的课程[1,2],但对于汉语与英语的比例,什么时候讲英语,什么时候说汉语仍很难界定。
Since 2001, when the Ministry of National Education proposed to actively promote bilingual teaching in colleges and universities, understanding of bilingual teaching is a matter of fact. Although in 2002, the Ministry of Education defined the Bilingual Courses as “Teaching Programs for Undergraduate Teaching in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning (for Trial Implementation)”, which defined the course as foreign language teaching materials and courses in foreign languages accounting for over 50% of the course hours [1,2 ], But for the proportion of Chinese to English, when to speak English, when to speak Chinese is still difficult to define.
