结晶器出钢温度是结晶器内钢水坯壳厚度判别的一项重要衡量指标。通过FLUENT软件对结晶器钢水流动温度耦合场仿真,阐述了出钢拉速对于结晶器出钢温度的影响,进而推算出出钢拉速、结晶器液位与其出钢温度的仿真控制模型,得出了结晶器出钢温度控制的实现方法。
