作者2004年1月-2007年12月共收治胫腓骨远端开放性骨折86例,其中,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、ⅢA型骨折共64例。随机选择病例采用前内或外侧入路与后外侧入路钢板内固定治疗,每组32例,分别对患者手术创伤、术后功能以及并发症等进行比较。
