在一些血液系统恶性肿瘤中,趋化因子受体CXCR4与恶性B细胞的迁徙和转移有关。CXCR4在血液系统肿瘤中过表达已经得到证实,但对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)的作用尚不清楚。为此,作者采用DLBCL细胞系着重对体外细胞迁移和体内播散过程中CXCR4的作用进行研究,并评估94例DLBCL患者活检标本CXCR4表达的预后意义。结果显示,CXCR4在DLBCL细胞系中的表达水平与体外迁移水平呈正相关,CXCR4受体表达还能增加肿瘤的转移和播散能力,并使NOD/SCID小鼠的存活时间缩短。此
In some hematological malignancies, the chemokine receptor CXCR4 is involved in the migration and metastasis of malignant B cells. The overexpression of CXCR4 in hematological tumors has been demonstrated, but its role in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) remains unclear. To this end, the authors used DLBCL cell lines to study the role of CXCR4 in cell migration and in vivo dissemination in vitro, and to assess the prognostic significance of CXCR4 expression in biopsies of 94 patients with DLBCL. The results showed that the expression level of CXCR4 in DLBCL cell line was positively correlated with the level of migration in vitro. The expression of CXCR4 receptor also enhanced the ability of tumor metastasis and dissemination, and shortened the survival time of NOD / SCID mice. this
