为探讨密度与施肥对大豆产量及品质的影响,2007~2008年于内蒙古民族大学试验农场,以吉育35为试验材料,采用裂区田间试验设计,以密度为主区,以氮肥施用水平为副区,对高油大豆产量及品质进行了研究。结果表明:密度、施氮通过对高油大豆叶面积指数与叶绿素含量动态变化来影响植株的干物质积累最终对产量和品质产生影响。密度与施氮对产量的影响均达极显著水平,随密度增加,产量先增后降,随施氮量增加,产量增加。密度对脂肪含量的影响达到显著水平,随密度增加,脂肪含量降低。密度对蛋白质含量影响达到显著水平,随密度增加,蛋白质含量增加。施氮对脂肪含量和蛋白质含量的影响均未达到显著水平。
In order to explore the effect of density and fertilization on the yield and quality of soybean, 2007 to 2008 in Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities experimental farm to Jiyu 35 as test materials, the split zone field experiment design, the density of the main area, the level of nitrogen fertilizer was Deputy District, the high oil yield and quality of soybeans were studied. The results showed that the effects of density and nitrogen application on the dry matter accumulation of plant under the dynamic change of leaf area index and chlorophyll content of high oil soybean eventually affected the yield and quality. With the increase of density, the yield increased at first and then decreased. With the increase of nitrogen application, the yield increased. The impact of density on fat content reached a significant level, with increasing density, fat content decreased. The effect of density on protein content reached a significant level. With the increase of density, protein content increased. The effect of N fertilizer on fat content and protein content did not reach significant level.
