维护教职工合法权益是高校工会的基本职责。当前高校工会维护教职工合法权益面临着法律法规不健全、维权手段单一、维权意识薄弱等困境,影响了其维护职能的发挥。为此,必须建立健全高校教职工权益维护机制,要完善法律法规,建立维权保障执行机制;以大学章程为基准,构建教职工源头参与机制;借力互联网+,构建教职工信息沟通的长效机制;加强师德建设,构建引领教职工建功立业的发展机制;关注民生,构建起竭诚服务教职工的长效机制;夯实工会组织基础,提高工会组织的吸引力和凝聚力。
Maintaining the lawful rights and interests of faculty and staff members is the basic duty of college unions. At present, unions in colleges and universities safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff members are confronted with such dilemmas as imperfect laws and regulations, a single means of safeguarding rights and a weak awareness of safeguarding their rights, affecting the performance of their maintenance functions. To this end, we must establish and improve the rights and interests of university faculty mechanisms, to improve laws and regulations, the establishment of mechanisms for safeguarding the protection of rights; college charter as the base, to build staff source participation mechanism; leveraging the Internet +, to build long-term communication of faculty information Mechanism; to strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality, to establish a development mechanism that leads to the success of faculty and staff; to pay attention to the livelihood of the people and establish a long-term mechanism to serve the faculty and staff wholeheartedly; to consolidate the foundation of the trade union organization and increase the attractiveness and cohesion of trade union organizations.
