为了保证播种机组在田间直线行驶,来回交接行正确,播种机组都必须安装并调整划印器。划印器长度调整通常采用计算法,即通过公式计算出划印器长度,根据计算结果调整划印器长度。一般调整计算公式,可参见下表: 式中: L—划印器长度,即由机组最外端开沟器中心线到划印器印迹之间的距离(m)。L_左、L_右,分别为左右划印器长度; Bp—机组工作幅宽,等于机组两边最外侧开沟之间的距离(B),加上一个行距(a),即Bp=B+a(m); a—播种行距(m); c—拖拉机前轮距或链轨距、前灯距;以及自制瞄准器距拖拉机中心线距离的二倍等(m)。 若将常用公式:L_(左右)=(Bp±c+a)/2化简,可得: L_(左右)=(B±c)/2+a=B/2±c/2+a 可绘图表示:
