实践证明,社会艺术水平考级对于普及艺术教育,提高国民素质作用显著。将这一制度引入戏曲教育和戏曲普及,对于戏曲的生存和发展、民族文化继承发扬也具有重要意义。从目前情况看,开展戏曲考级条件充分,客观上顺应教育改革方向,符合素质教育要求,满足社会各方面的文化和精神需要,切实可行。
