1引言泼河灌区是一座大型灌区,位于信阳市中南部。灌区工程建于1969年,1973年正式发挥效益。灌溉光山、潢川两县13个乡镇,受益人口30．4万人。灌区引水源为泼河水库,以自流灌溉为主,设计灌溉面积2．07万hm~2,其中自流面积1．79万hm~2,提灌面积0．28万hm~2。干渠一条全长77．8km,渠道设计流量29m~3/s,自流支渠23条,提灌支渠5条。工程建成至今,已
