《农民专业合作社法》实施十年来,极大促进了合作社发展,但该法在合作社的法人地位、法人财产权制度、责任制度、成员资格、成员出资等方面仍然存在根本性的制度设计缺陷。新《农民专业合作社法》已列入立法规划,必须在诸多方面进行突破。 Since the implementation of the Law of Peasant Cooperatives for Farmers over the past decade, the development of cooperatives has been greatly promoted. However, the law still lacks fundamental defects in system design in the legal person status of cooperatives, the system of legal person property rights, the system of responsibility, membership, and members’ contributions. The new Farmers’ Professional Cooperative Law has been included in the legislative plan and must be broken in many ways.
