目的了解江门市健康体检人群血脂水平及其影响因素,为制定合理的血脂异常防治计划提供依据。方法对3 959名体检人群开展问卷调查、体格检查,用标准方法测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果男性的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均高于女性,HDL-C水平低于女性;男女TC、TG和LDL-C水平均随年龄增长而升高,HDL-C水平则随年龄增长而下降。体质指数(BMI)、吸烟程度和高脂饮食对血脂水平有正向影响,而运动量、粗粮、奶类和水果等因素则为负向影响。结论江门市健康体检人群的血脂水平较高,应从控制饮食和改善生活方式进行干预,减少血脂异常及心血管疾病的发生。 Objective To understand the level of blood lipid and its influencing factors in healthy physical examination population in Jiangmen City and provide the basis for making a reasonable plan of prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia. Methods A total of 3 959 subjects were investigated by questionnaire and physical examination. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol -C). Results The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in males were higher than those in females and the levels of HDL-C in females were lower than those in females. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in males and females increased with age and HDL-C levels increased with age decline. Body mass index (BMI), smoking levels and high-fat diet have a positive effect on blood lipid levels, while exercise, coarse grains, milk and fruits have a negative effect. Conclusions The blood lipid level of the healthy physical examination population in Jiangmen City should be higher than that of control group and lifestyle modification, and reduce the incidence of dyslipidemia and cardiovascular diseases.
