目的通过研究和改进尿锰测定过程中的条件,为石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定尿锰提供一种比较简便易行且结果稳定的方法。方法通过优化石墨炉升温程序、Triton X-100的用量等测定条件,用0.1%Triton X-100作为稀释剂,磷酸氢二铵为基体改进剂,将样品直接注入石墨管中,测定尿中锰的含量。结果在适宜的测定条件下,测得该方法的检出限为0.40μg/L,锰浓度在1.5μg/L~20μg/L时,体系的吸收值与锰的浓度之间具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.997 0。RSD为1.1%~4.8%,加标回收率为95.0%~104.1%。将此方法应用于尿样中锰含量的测定,结果令人满意。结论方法样品用量少,操作简单快速,灵敏度高,精密度高,准确度好,适用于大批量尿锰的测定,并大大提高了工作效率。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a more convenient and stable method for the direct determination of urinary manganese by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry by studying and improving the conditions during the determination of urine manganese.
