目的建立工作场所空气中苯硫磷的气相色谱测定方法。方法按照《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》的要求进行各项试验研究。结果方法检出限为1.9μg/ml。回归方程为Y= 4209X+4162,相关系数r=0.9998;方法的重现性好,不同浓度测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%~3.7%;玻璃纤维滤膜、过氯乙烯滤膜及微孔滤膜的平均洗脱效率分别为102.4%、102.1%、和97.7%;吸附效率均为100%;样品在室温下于洗脱瓶中可保存7d。结论方法的各项指标均符合《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》要求,可作为工作场所空气中苯硫磷的测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of thiophanate in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography. Methods According to the “workplace air poisoning detection methods for the development of norms” requirements of the pilot study. Results The detection limit was 1.9μg / ml. The regression equation was Y = 4209X + 4162 with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9998. The reproducibility of the method was good, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of different concentrations were 1.5% ~ 3.7%. The sample was stored in the elution bottle at room temperature for 7 days. Conclusions The indexes of the method are in accordance with the requirements of the “Norms for the Development of Testing Methods for Airborne Toxins in the Workplace” and can be used as the method for the determination of thiophanate in the air of the workplace.
